Welcome to www.meditationpyramids.us
To meditate under a pyramid seems an odd thing. To meditate at all can seem an odd thing. After all, one just sits there doing nothing— or seemingly doing nothing. The doing nothing part is the actually the key. Ideally, as we sink deeper into our pyramid meditation, WE do less and less, while NATURE does more and more.
Right. The obvious question would be well are we not nature? And the answer is YES, if we can let ourselves be. This is the whole point to pyramid meditation. And why pryamids? What is the point of the pyramid? It is not, actually. Meditation all by itself will do the same thing. What a pyramid offers is energetic isolation. In short, it minimizes the projection of energy outward and protects one from energy projection coming inward.
So, pyramid meditation is a meditation that, because one is encouraged (by the isolation that the pyramid offers) to focus strictly on oneself, then behavioral tendencies that are not in alignment with one's natural state have the opprotunity to heal. The healing requres the work of the one under the pyramid. Certainly, much can go on without any conscious awareness of what is being healed, but ordinarily the deeper stuff requires a conscious participant. This means that we will have to look at some of what we have been avoiding.
Healing implies that there is pain, so it's quite likely that there is some unlived life trapped in the body. When I say unlived, I mean that there is material that has not been processed with the proper level of awareness. Obviously, this will be something from the past, whether the distant past or something more recent. Still, our energies need to be balanced for us to be healthy. Nature knows how everything should work and if we are silent and still, and can do practically nothing (for our own part) then the more natural side of us is allowed to rebalance and heal.
